Chrissie Swan continues her fitness kick and adds ‘night walking’ to her exercise routine after extraordinary weight loss

Radio star Chrissie Swan has added “night walking” to her rigorous fitness routine.

The 48-year-old, who has undergone a physical transformation over the past year, told fans on her Instagram that her nighttime walks are a “new fun” and that she highly recommends the activity to others.

The media personality, who drives Nova’s Chrissie, Sam and Browny breakfast, accompanied the message with a smiling selfie.

However, the former BigBrother star confirmed Melbourne’s long Covid lockdown was the catalyst for his health and fitness.

During the pandemic, Chrissie gave up alcohol, turned to meditation and took daily 10km walks to improve her physical and mental health.
