Roselle Park continues free daily exercise classes for 2022

Roselle Park

The Borough of Roselle Park will continue to offer its free daily exercise classes throughout 2022. Township officials say these classes are held at the Casano Community Center (314 Chestnut Street).

Monday through Friday beginning at 11 a.m., exercise programs for seniors 55 and older are available. Activities include healthy bones, chair yoga and chair aerobics.

Free curb-to-curb transportation is also available for seniors, officials said.

Monday through Thursday starting at 7 p.m., residents ages 18 and older can participate in Zumba and Yoga & Meditation, officials said.

“With a new year approaching, these free exercise classes are a fantastic way to commit to fitness resolutions and stay active throughout the year,” says Mayor Joe Signorello.

“I hope that all residents will take advantage of this great opportunity. Thank you to the Casano Community Center for holding these exercise classes for the borough.

According to officials, all classes are free for Roselle Park residents only and are limited to 25 people.

To register, officials say residents must go to the Casano Community Center with proof of residency.
